Playing Catch Up

This was my parents first visit since we've lived here in New Jersey, thus it was their first time to New York. Now, my parents were born and raised in rural Paraguay(South American Mennonites) and though they've been living in Canada for almost 40 years, they've always lived in smaller towns. They've travelled to Germany, back to Paraguay multiple times and have seen some of western Canada, but never anything like New York. I know my dad lived in Buenos Aires in Argentina for a few years in his youth and therefore was in a 'big city", but I can't for the life of me picture my parents as "big city" people...I've just never seen them in such a way! I was so interested to see what they'd be like in Manhattan... And they did not disappoint:) They were the typical wanders-with-head-pointed-upwards people for most of the time and my dad was so blown away by all the huge buildings and wonderful architecture. Zach and I never tire of showing people that wonderful City for the first time, so much fun! I think they had a great time and here are some pictures to prove it;)

Ummmm I want to warn you that I suffer from a bad case of can't-decide-between-pictures-and-decide-to-post-them-all-itis. I don't know how people post five or six pictures from a week long vacation?!? I can't do that for a day trip! So prepare yourselves.....
